PDLC film projection at the Dalí Museum

At Lamina Protect we have installed PDLC films in a room at the Dalí Museum, located in Figueres. This innovative technology has transformed the visitor experience by allowing images to be projected onto glass covered with PDLC films and, at the same time, making the glass transparent to reveal Salvador Dalí's iconic office.

When the PDLC films are turned off, the glass becomes an ideal surface for projecting images , which has allowed the museum's curators to creatively display Dalí's work and his influence on the art world. When the PDLC films are on, the glass becomes transparent , revealing Dalí's study. Visitors can see the arrangement of the objects, books and tools that the artist used in his everyday life. This transformation of the room adds a completely new dimension to the museum visit and provides a unique insight into the life and work of Salvador Dalí.
